About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.web-tronix.com (the “site”), run by Webtronix. They don't cover projects or software we deliver for you: those are governed by the separate written proposal or agreement we sign together, which wins if the two ever differ.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, share links to our pages and contact us. Please don't:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or misleading information;
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, or scrape it in bulk in a way that slows it for others;
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us, ask for a demo or apply for a job.
Product demos
Demo access is for evaluating our products. Please don't share demo logins, copy the software or its design, or enter real customer data into a demo. Demos may be reset, changed or switched off at any time, and are provided as they are.
The chat assistant
The chat is an AI assistant. It tries to be helpful and accurate, but it can make mistakes. Its answers, including any prices or timelines it mentions, are general information only and are not a quote, an offer or advice. A quote is binding only when our team sends it to you in writing.
Our content
The text, designs, graphics, logos, product names and code on the site belong to Webtronix or the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and project images in our portfolio belong to those clients and are shown with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, apart from the normal sharing of links.
What you send us
When you send us a brief, a file or a job application, you confirm you have the right to share it. We use it only to respond to you, as explained in our Privacy policy, and we treat project details you share as confidential.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as client projects, app stores and WhatsApp. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date, and information on it may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Webtronix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site, its demos or the chat assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions about them can go to hello@web-tronix.com.
